Remember the weird guy who sat in the back of class and doodled? Here are cartoons of all sorts, some less tasteful than others. All posted material copyright by Tim White.
Day-um: that theya's a nice truck. But seriously, past few posts the artwork's been kicked up a notch - nice work. Now all it needs is few grease-spots for a scratch & sniff panel. One of the biggest, reoccurring speed-bumps for me is still trying to render vehicles. I blame it on my references which are (mechanically and aesthetically) always ten miles away from being towed to a junkyard.
Thanks for the thumbs-up on the artwork. I seem to be working out a system that works for me.
The initial model for the truck was a plastic toy that gave me the basic perspective and then window-shopping in Google Image Search for some trim and headlight options.
